The Minimum Effective Dose Program

Minimum Effective Dose Program (MED) is designed to give you the flexibility to perform outside of the gym activities while still getting two full-body strength sessions in the gym.

Here’s a sample week structure of what many of my clients do that use this training schedule: 

Day 1: MED Full Body Strength Session
Day 2: 30-40 minutes of conversational pace cardio
Day 3: 60-90 minute hike
Day 4: MED Full Body Strength Session
Day 5: Gymnastics at the park
Day 6: 30-40 minutes of conversational pace cardio
Day 7: 60-90 minute walk

Great for someone that wants freedom to train outside of the gym while still being able to get stronger!

This program is perfect for someone:

  • Wants to get stronger
  • Knows how to train the foundational patterns - squat, hip-hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry.
  • Has been training seriously for at least 3 years.
  • Wants to perform the majority of their training OUTSIDE of the gym.
