Rx Athlete Training Program

This program is for:

Everyday athletes with experience with the Conjugate Method or CrossFit that have been training for at least 5 years and know their way around the gym.

What you can expect:

Maximal Strength & Aerobic Capacity

Program Length:


Days Per Week of Training:

4 Lifting Sessions 
2 Aerobic Sessions
3-4 Metcons Per week in conjunction with strength work

Training Split
Monday: Submax Lower + Metcon
Tuesday: Conditioning
Wednesday: Submax Upper
Thursday: Conditioning
Friday: Dynamic Effort Lower + Metcon
Saturday: Dynamic Effort Upper + Metcon
Sunday: OFF

  • Squat rack with pins & pull-up bar

  • Barbell

  • GHD

  • Climbing Rope

  • Rower

  • Air Bike

  • Ski Erg

  •  Pulling & Pushing Sled

  • Trap Bar

  • Bands

  • Specialty bars will be included but substitutes will be provided

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Bench
