Day 2: Upper Accessory
Day 3: Conditioning Accessory
Day 4: Full Body Accessory
Each session is run for three weeks - there are 6 lower + 6 Upper + 6 Conditioning + 6 Full-body sessions.
Great for someone that already has a defined training plan & looking to add supplemental work!
This program is perfect for someone:

- Knows how to train the foundational patterns - squat, hip-hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry.
- Has been training seriously for at least 2 years.
- Wants to intelligently supplement training to their current regiment.
