The Accessory Program

The Accessory Program is designed to supplement your current training plan and clean up nagging & aches and pains. This is NOT a stand-alone training program.

Program Structure

Day 1: Lower Accessory
Day 2: Upper Accessory
Day 3: Conditioning Accessory
Day 4: Full Body Accessory

Each session is run for three weeks - there are 6 lower + 6 Upper + 6 Conditioning + 6 Full-body sessions.

Great for someone that already has a defined training plan & looking to add supplemental work!

This program is perfect for someone:

  • Wants to get stronger
  • Knows how to train the foundational patterns - squat, hip-hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry.
  • Has been training seriously for at least 2 years.
  • Wants to intelligently supplement training to their current regiment. 
  • If you already use one of my programs, there is guidance on how to add this to your routine.
