  • CXC3X: 3X is the same CXC Method you know and love, but with 3 training days instead of 4-6. It also comes with 3 optional conditioning days. Day 1 is lower body max effort, Day 2 is upper body max effort, Day 3 is total body training. Great for someone on a limited training schedule who still wants results.
