Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning (KB S&C) is a kettlebell strength plan with two optional conditioning sessions. This program is perfect if you're in need of a break from the barbell and looking to clean up some nagging aches & pains

Program Structure

Day 1: Lower KB Intensive
Day 2: Optional KB Conditioning
Day 3: Upper KB Intensive
Day 4: Optional Aerobic Conditioning
Day 5: Full Body KB Intensive
Day 6/7: OFF
