Conjugate X Conditioning 3X

This program is for:

Everyday athletes with experience with the Conjugate Method or CrossFit that have been training for at least 3 years and know their way around the gym.

What you can expect:

Maximal Strength & Aerobic Capacity

Days Per Week of Training:

3 Lifting Sessions + 3 Conditioning Sessions

Training Split
Monday: Submax Lower
Tuesday: Conditioning
Wednesday: Submax Upper
Thursday: Conditioning
Friday: Full Body Dynamic Effort
Saturday: Full Body Conditioning
Sunday: OFF

Equipment Required:


  • Squat rack with pins & pull-up bar

  • Barbell

  •  Pulling Sled

  • Trap Bar

  • Bands

  • Specialty bars will be included but substitutes will be provided

  • An air bike or rower

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Bench
