Hi, I'm Jason Brown
I’ve spent my entire 20+ year career training everyday athletes to become healthier, stronger, and better conditioned, using a combination of strength development methods & aerobic systems conditioning methods.
At one point, more than 100,000 people a day were using my programming.
I've written hundreds if not thousands of articles specifically about programming. My training systems were developed from a decade+ experience in the trenches training myself and other individuals.

What's included in the bundle?
4 main tracks of training, 1 add-on track, a private Skool community called the Pursuit of Progress Community, monthly livestreams and our team of JBC coaches to guide you should questions arise.
Can I just get one of the brand new tracks without being in All Access?
The three new tracks listed above are only available in All Access.
How do I switch between subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription via TrainHeroic (not us; we do not have access to this) at any time and sign up for JBC All Access.
Is there any nutrition support with All Access?
Yes, based on the latest survey responses we decided to add in some support here for our All Access members. In the Pursuit of Progress group, we will have nutrition resources and live nutrition calls to help you grow your skills in the kitchen.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time!
Will I need special equipment?
Required Equipment: Each program varies slightly in terms of equipment, but all require a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a bench, and a pull-up bar. Both CXC and EVOLV programs also require at least one piece of conditioning equipment, such as an air bike or rower. If you don’t have a specific item, you can consult with the coaches in the app for substitutions.
What are the best programs by goal?
- For strength & performance: CXC or Conjugate 3X
- For a combination of fitness: Min Equip & EVOLV
- For longevity: EVOLV
- For hypertrophy: CXC
Do all subscriptions follow the same programming season?
Seasons of training is something unique to both CXC & EVOLV. The delivery of methods for both strength training and conditioning is highly specific to the program meaning both CXC & EVOLV utilize a variety of methods at different times of the year to build strength, hypertrophy and work capacity while still being mindful of recovery.
Why is the conditioning for CXC & EVOLV the same?
Both programs follow a seasonal training approach, meaning we use certain methods of strength & conditioning programming at different times of the year. Having the same conditioning for both CXC & EVOLV (EVOLV has +1 conditioning/week than CXC):
- Allows our athletes to transition seamlessly between tracks. Oftentimes we have athletes that use both tracks at different times of the year based on their goals and availability
- Eliminates guesswork which slows everyone down
- Makes it easier to choose conditioning sessions to perform if you’re using Conjugate 3X or Min Equip (again, less chance of paralysis by analysis!)
What conditioning should I perform if I use Min Equip or Conjugate 3X?
Any of the three (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) conditioning sessions from EVOLV
How long should I stick to one program at a time?
That depends on your schedule and goals, but ideally, pick the program that suits your schedule best and stick with it as consistently as possible for 9-12 weeks.
What if I travel a lot?
Utilize Min Equip the best you can. If you’re regularly going to a commercial gym you can simply perform 1 exercise at a time resting 60-90s between sets.
What if I'm back from a long layoff?
Start with Min Equip for 9 weeks. Ease yourself back in slow and focus on movement quality.
How long are blocks of training?
Each block of training is 3 weeks in length and all training subscriptions start and end new blocks on the same timeline.
