I might say this is one of my best programs ever - here's why.

In total, the program lasts 9 weeks. So each cycle is 3 weeks long.

That’s long enough to create an effective progressive training stimulus, but short enough to avoid boredom and staleness.

And again, it allows you to make progress in a variety of athletic traits all in one program.

With my list of responsibilities only growing by the day - from being a husband and father to running a YouTube channel, business, and coaching my private clients - I understand the importance of training effectively without spending hours in the gym.

That's why as usual with my programs, you won’t need to spend more than 45-60 minutes per workout.

This is a short part of a training program where you assess your capabilities via specific athletic tests.

 - It objectively proves whether you’re making gains or not. Otherwise, you’re just guessing and hoping your training is paying off

 - It allows you to dial in your volume, so you don’t train more than you have to. Which means more time recovering, or just doing other things in your life.

I’ll be posting in the group daily to discuss how to tackle the program, answer any questions, and ensure you’re sticking to the program. It’ll be a positive form of “pressure” to make sure you do the program and see results.
