Conjugate X Conditioning 3x
If you're looking for a combination of strength & conditioning gains CxC 3X is for you! A 9-week training program with 3 main lifting days per week & 3 conditioning days and one rest day. This program is for serious individuals with at least 5 years of training experience.

If your goal is to improve strength & conditioning without burnout or injury then CxC is for you! There is minimal specialty equipment used with this program. This program is NOT for beginners though and you should have at least 5 years of serious training experience.
